Facts to know

• The recovered spec still lists the Azure sandbox host in servers; phase 1 strips it (D4).
• The spec has no /sdk/universal/handshake path although the docs use it 2x; see IA.md open questions.
• Auth is POST /auth with Api-Key + Customer-Id headers, returns a 1h bearer.
